Job Title: Industrial Painting Foreman
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Wage: $22–$34 per hour

Job Summary:

Our Supervisors play a vital role in how our company functions. We are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, and organized to maximize daily production. Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, organize, and manage a crew of multiple painters, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and of exceptional quality

• Ability to learn and teach new processes

• Builds and maintains positive working relationships with clients and crew

• Organize supplies and materials in preparation for upcoming jobs

• Completes internal administrative organization responsibilities and documentation, including project logs, reports, files, and associated records in a timely manner

• Knowledge of paint specifications and coating processes

• Knowledge of PPE and safety regulations

• Keep in close communication with the Painting Superintendent

• Inform the Safety Director of any safety violations, accidents, or hazards

• Manage paint quality on every project and correct if needed

Qualifications: 

• Industrial painting: 2 years (Preferred)

• License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Ability to Relocate: Washington, PA 15301: Relocate before starting work (Required)

• Work Location: In person
