Job Title: Entry-Level Laborer – Tank & Tower Division

Job Summary:
Jump into the action with our Tank & Tower Division as an Entry-Level Laborer, getting hands-on training on our infrastructure projects. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves for industrial coatings, surface preparation, welding support, and hard work on large-scale tank and tower jobs. You’ll travel to project sites, often spending weeks away from home, tackling tough tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Get hands-on with sandblasting, power washing, and scraping to prep tanks, towers, and infrastructure for coatings, ensuring surfaces are ready for top-notch results.
  • Coating Support: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with painters, applying industrial coatings like epoxies and paints using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, following product application specifications.
  • Welding Support: Assist welders by handling materials, setting up equipment, and keeping the work area clear, learning the ropes of welding prep on the job.
  • Material Handling: Haul, stack, and organize tools, coatings, and heavy materials, ensuring everything’s ready and safe for transport to job sites.
  • General Labor: Pitch in on the ground floor—set up scaffolding, clean up debris, and keep tools in working order to keep projects moving.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in safety training and briefings.
  • Travel & Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and remain on-site for extended periods, often weeks at a time.
  • Physical capability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing tanks and towers, and working in diverse weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
